North Indian Pea, Paneer and Potato Dahl
Mild warming indian spices are slowly cooked with sautéed onion, garlic and ginger, tomato and yellow split peas, until rich flavours are developed. Hand diced indian paneer cheese, fresh coriander and cream are added to finished the dish and tantalise the taste buds.
