OVERVIEW

A medium heat, rich and spicy laksa is packed full of vegetables (potato, pumpkin, carrot, savoy cabbage and spinach), made gluten free with two types of rice noodles, with the addition of tofu, bamboo shoots and freshly chopped coriander.
